My frind Yo---Parallel structure
Since we have studied to write parallel structure sentences in writing class, I would like to put my work on here. As a little introduction, the main character of this poem, Yo, is my classmate and has been a good friend of mine. Because she was sitting next to me when we were writing these, I came up to write about her. I hope you (and Yo will like this.
My friend Yo
My friend Yo pines for animal’s fur
My friend Yo eats sweet bread every morning before class starts
My friend Yo is easy to get irritated
My friend Yo is good at writing essay
My friend Yo has really nice eyelash
When we met for the first time in a classroom,
she asked me if she could borrow a pen.
Yes, she forgot a pen on the very first day of her university life.

Oh, by the way, did you mean "eye lash" or "eye rash"? There is a big difference.
I love the last line... it is a great detail that really shows her personality.
